Rob recently supported us with the critical appointment of a new CFO for Sertec.  The search process took a rigorously structured and disciplined approach, identifying a strong breadth of highly qualified and suitably experienced candidates for the shortlist.  The insights provided on the individual candidates skills, experience and cultural alignment were highly representative of the candidates that we met in person and added significant value to our decision making process.  This was a tough search and Rob delivered a good outcome working in a collaborative and engaging style.
