We engaged Rob and Wingate Point for a chair search for one of our portfolio companies.  There was an element of time pressure and therefore the ability for Rob to run a flexible process that allowed us to see a small number of high-quality candidates in a short time frame was essential in securing the right candidate.  His short list was very strong and ultimately both the company and we, as investors, were happy with the outcome.
