We engaged Rob to undertake the search for the critical appointments of a new Managing Director and Finance Director for one of my portfolio companies.  We felt Rob’s deep sector knowledge and personal delivery of the search process was vital to success in this instance, in particular given the dynamics of specific market as it recovered from the affects of COVID and the geographic/location requirements of the search.

Rob was able to attract a strong group of candidates for both appointments.  He took the time to understand the cultural nuances of the business and identified individuals from both PE and Plc operating structures who had the ambition and capability to succeed within our fast paced, highly autonomous business.
