Many of the deals we look at require a management solution prior to us completing the deal and this was the case with our recent purchase of Power Adhesives.  With a long term Owner/Founder looking to transition out as part of the deal, identifying a high calibre MBI candidate to partner with was critical to the process.  

We commissioned Rob to undertake a search to identify immediately available candidates who demonstrated extensive relevant B2B industrial branded product and consumables experience and additionally who had significant knowledge of growing businesses in North America, a critical target market for the business. 

We were delighted that Rob was able to identify and attract an outstanding candidate (a former FTSE 100 executive). This was only achievable by the time and effort Rob has spent developing a deep understanding of our operating model, culture and style and how this aligned with the candidate’s own professional ambitions.
