We recently mandated Rob to undertake a challenging Managing Director search for one of our manufacturing businesses. We chose to partner with Rob for the search due to a combination of factors, including his in-depth knowledge of the industrial sector and the manner with which he chose to engage with us as the client, taking the time to understand our culture and proactively advising us around the process and market dynamics. 

The search was challenging for a number of reasons, including geography and the Christmas break falling in the middle of the process.  However, in spite of this, Rob was able to identify and attract a high-calibre group of candidates for us to select from, providing us detailed and insightful commentary on each individual and their suitability against the brief, which closely mirrored our own assessment of the candidates that we met.  We ultimately had multiple candidates who we could have appointed which is credit to the strength of the process.

As a stakeholder and someone who has run numerous senior leadership appointments in my career, I would say that the search and the process we went through was of high quality and in addition it was an enjoyable experience to work with Rob.
