I worked with Rob over a 12-month period as we looked to build and strengthen our management team with multiple Board level appointments in anticipation of a potential sale process over the coming few years.

I have worked with numerous recruitment firms in the past and was immediately struck by the depth of sector and market knowledge that Rob demonstrated.  He was able to challenge my preconceptions and we quickly developed a collaborative relationship where I relied upon and valued in equal measure his insights and counsel.  Our conversations were regularly out of hours or during holiday periods and Rob was always available without exception.  These two-way discussions formed a vital part of our selection process, either in formulating or evolving the brief or in identifying the ultimate preferred candidate. 

I was enormously impressed by the breadth and range of candidates we were consistently able to attract on each appointment process in spite of our relative size.  This really demonstrates the extent to which Rob understood us as a business, our culture, values and vision and was able to articulate this to the candidate community, in my view enabling us to attract a number of individuals that we may not have been otherwise able to.

The experience of working with Rob has been both successful and rewarding and places Nonwovenn in a position of strength as we enter the next phase of our journey.
