Rob supported us with a critically important change within one of our portfolio companies; Alpha 3 Manufacturing-a specialist contract electronics manufacturer.  We felt closely aligned electronics sector experience was vital in our new CEO in order to give them sufficient market expertise & credibility, therefore the search needed to identify and target a relatively small number of organisations within analogous markets.

In addition, the candidate profile itself was challenging as it required the identification of an individual able to lead both an operational transformation agenda following the consolidation of 4 sites into 2, as well as possessing the strategic and commercial capability to grow the organisation organically and through M&A.
